Method
- In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated.
- Add the warm water and place the bowl on the stand mixer.
- Mix on the lowest speed for about 5–8 minutes, or until the dough comes together and forms a smooth ball.
- Remove the bowl from the mixer and cover it with a towel. Let the dough rest for 1 to 2 hours.
- After the dough has risen, divide it in half to create two evenly sized pizza doughs. This recipe makes two pizzas.
Notes
- If you aren't using a stand mixer, use a wooden spoon and hand kneed.
- Your water should not be over 100 degreed Fahrenheit
